Cassidy the Cat needs a home
Cassidy came to Making Biscuits from an elderly woman's yard where she'd been feeding a small colony of cats. The woman was going to senior housing and needed the cats removed safely. She and a cat we believe to be her mom needed about a year of socialization. Wow! What a transformation. She's very affectionate, gives kisses, rolls over on her back for a belly rub, and rolls and rolls. She doesn't like being picked up or held but I do it anyway, so she's gotten a lot of kisses I'm not sure if she really wants. But she's just too darn cute not to! She does like the company of other cats and is often found cuddling, grooming and headbutting the others.

The name Cassidy is Irish in origin. It is said to mean "clever". And that she is! Please consider keeping her name. We work very hard to decide names that suit our cats by look and personality. We also train our cats to know their names, and she knows hers!
